By registering, the member (henceforth known as "you") affirms that the above information has been filled out fully and accurately; additionally, you verify you understand and agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and any possible additional limitations or terms of service for the registered event. Furthermore, you agree that you are responsible for your own health, safety, and property; and you agree to not hold Green Women Gathering, the Green Women Gathering board, or the Girl Scouts of America liable for any damages, loss of property, illnesses or injuries, or similar. By submitting payment, you understand that the payment is non-refundable. Should any of these terms and conditions be violated, we reserve the right to take any actions deemed appropriate by the board, up to and including a permanent ban.
We reserve the right to edit or otherwise modify listed terms and conditions at any time. Good faith efforts to communicate any changes will be made in the event modifications are made between the time from receiving a completed registration and before the activity said registration was received for.
