Terms & Conditions

By registering, you (the “Participant”) confirm that all information provided is complete and accurate. You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and any additional terms or conditions associated with the event.

You accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and personal property. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Green Women Gathering, its coordinators, the event location, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur in connection with the event.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in appropriate action at the discretion of the coordinators, including removal from the event and/or permanent exclusion from future events.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate any changes made after registration and prior to the event.

​

By registering, you also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for and attending the retreat.

Agreement to these terms and conditions is required to complete your registration. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email or private message prior to submitting your registration.

Vendor Setup and Guidelines

​

We warmly encourage participants to share their skills, services, and products in our marketplace.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline any vendor application at our discretion. Applicants will be notified if their application is not accepted. While we strive to create a supportive and engaging marketplace, we cannot guarantee individual sales or profit.

 

The vending area is located outdoors. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including pop-up tents, tables, and any other necessary materials. Electricity is not available in the designated vending area. All vending must take place within the designated vending area. Selling or setting up outside of this space is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

​

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made on or before August 27, 2026, are eligible for a refund minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after August 27, 2026; however, registrations may be transferred to another individual.

Pricing & Payment

​

Tickets are $100 for overnight accommodations, $30 for a single-day pass, or $50 for a two-day pass (overnight accommodations are not included with this option).

​

Vendor spaces are available for $10 per 10x10 area. You may reserve multiple spaces.

​

Online payment through the website is currently unavailable. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided above. Payment is required upon receipt to reserve your space. Registrations with unpaid invoices after 72 hours will be canceled.
