Submit a Workshop
One of the main attractions of Green Women Gathering is the workshops we host during the weekend. Our workshops are focused on the theme of the event and are designed to expand and better the lives of attendees. We will be accepting workshop submissions until July 30, 2022.
If you are interested in hosting a workshop of the 2022 Green Women Gathering in September and you meet the criteria listed below, then fill out the submission form and tell us about the workshop you wish to lead. All workshop submissions are selected by the board of Green Women Gathering and a list of workshops will be announced in August 2022.
Please note: we will be presenting workshops in rustic conditions this year. There is water available, but no electricity for glue guns and such. If you have any questions about the facilities for the workshops, please contact us.
Criteria for Green Women Gathering Workshops:
Person(s) leading the workshop have attended at least 1 Green Women Gathering Fall Retreat. Only one presenter in the workshop needs to meet the attendance requirement.
All presenters must attend the Retreat they are presenting a workshop at.
Workshops can have a run time of 15-45 minutes with most workshops running the maximum of 45 minutes. If you have an idea that will take up more time, submit it and we will see what we can do.
It is preferred that workshops focus the theme of retreat. This year's theme is Fire.
All workshop presenters are donating their time in leading the workshop. We are sorry, but we can't financially compensate anyone.
Workshops cannot be allowed for the sole purpose of promotion of a presenter's business or to make sales. Presenters may hand out business cards or handouts for their business at the end.
Please note, this is all to help us plan for this year's workshops. We cannot guarantee your workshop suggestion will be accepted and if accepted, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
If you have any questions or concerns about your workshop idea, please contact the Board with your questions at
